o Lea and Ginger have moved to California and live in Jesse's house, and at this time, Scot is living at the family home in New York with Tim.
o Lea's great-great grandfather James Macartney emigrated to the U.S. from Scotland in 1888.
o Lea's grandfather's (Scot's dad) name is Arthur J. "Mac" Jr.
o Lea has three aunts on her dad's side, each of them have two kids. She has a aunt on her mom's side as well who has four kids.

THE GIRL
o Lea is a name of Hebrew origin that means, "Fatigued" and is pronouced "Lee-ah". Joyce is of Latin origin and means, "Merry".
o According to Greg Raposo, Lea is good friends with his little sisters Daniella and Nicole! o Lea is on a soccer team! At the Norwalk Concert Hall Sugar Beat's concert in 2002, Mr. McCartney mentioned that they had to get going soon so they could catch her game. Thanks Tiffani! She plays the position of mid-field because she's very fast.
o When asked if she hung out with Lea and Sophie Kondor (Dillon's sister), Katie Spencer (Jesse's Keyboardist) said, "A little bit, more so with Sophie than Lea. My family hangs out a lot with Dillon's family, so I know Sophie pretty well. I haven't spent as much time with Lea, but at shows and stuff, I sit with her sometimes, we chill a little bit. And when Jesse drives me home, I sit in the back and talk with her a bit. Both of them are the sweetest girls!!!"

o Lea is scared of sharks (who isn't?!) and refuses to go to aqauriums. Last year during school she skipped a field trip becasue it had to do with seeing a movie at a nature place about sharks and other sorts of fish.

MOM & DAD
o Mr. and Mrs. McCartney had this written in Jesse's 8th grade yearbook: "Congratulations to you Jesse and all your classmates. We are 'insured' you'll move on to a successful high school experience! We love you, yeah, yeah, yeah! Mom, Dad, Lea, Timmy, & All your friends at the McCartney Agency!"
o Lea's dad is the president of an insurance company and a volunteer firefighter!
o At Mr. McCartney's high school reunion, Lea and a friend were bouncing a beach ball around with Jon!
o The people who work for Radio Disney say that the entire McCartney family is very nice.

BIG BROTHER
o Jesse included a thank you to his parents, Lea, and Tim in the credits of his Up Close DVD!
o In Jesse's 'thank-yous' from Dream Street debut album he said, "To my whole family, including my sister Lea, my brother Timmy and my touring grandparents - you've all been great. I love you guys."
o Jesse says the family's cat Oliver likes Lea more than anyone else in the family!
o When asked, "I know you must miss your family when you are on the road. So how do you deal with it?", Jesse replied, "I call them a lot."
o When a fan asked Jesse, "Hey when I was a signing of your I saw Timmy and Lea and they are both so adorable! they look just like you! I was wondering if you get a long with them? Or do you guys get in fights a lot?" He answered, "We're like every other bunch of brothers and sisters. We have our moments but for the most part we get along. Haha."
o A fan also asked, "Does your sister have a crush on any of the other Dream Street guys? Who?" and he answered, "I'm not too sure, but I think she has a "thing" for Greg." Aww, we're right there with you Lea! :)
o When Jesse was shoveling the driveway, he started running with the shovel in his hands and the shovel got stuck and he flipped over it, and Lea caught the whole thing on tape! Thanks Meghan!

LIL BROTHER
o Lea was with her little brother during his stage debut in "Anything Goes" at the Irvington Town Hall Theatre in Irvington, NY on November 6th, 2004!
o At the Quakerbride Mall in January 2002, Timmy was putting his Scooby Doo watch on and Lea asked him, "What did you bring that for?", in the typical sister attitude kind of way! :) Thank you Liz!

A PERFORMER
o In early winter 2005, Lea, Tim, and Ginger all appeared in a Walmart holiday commercial with Jesse! The commercial was for Walmart's "Home for the Holidays" campaign and featured different celebrities in their real life homes!
o When asked if Lea or Timmy wants to go into the business, Jesse said, "My sister's very laid-back and shy. She's beautiful! She's been offered tons of times for modeling and for everything that you can imagine. She just doesn't wanna do it, she's not into it. She's very into animals - she's a huge animal fan."
o Lea used to perform in theatre (Irvington Town Hall Theatre in Irvington, NY) when she was younger with Mom, Dad, and Jesse!
o Lea was a part of the "Salute to Broadway" special play that was being performed at the Irvington Town Hall Theatre in early November, along with Mr. and Mrs. McCartney, and Jesse.
o Jesse says, "Lea is doing a little modeling but I don't think she wants to perform."

RANDOM
o Once at a hotel Lea was kicking a soccer ball around in the halls and a woman came out of her room and asked Lea to stop kicking at the door. Mr. McCartney yelled at Lea for bothering the people staying at the hotel and she was told to sit on a chair until they were ready to leave for Blockbuster to pick up a DVD to watch that night.
o Backstage once Lea told Bradley's girlfriend Haley that she liked a boy out in the crowd and that this boy was at the signing before the show. But Lea was being too shy to talk to him. So after the show Halie dragged Lea to find this boy and got him backstage passes, but Lea still refused to talk to him. Thanks Bradley!
o The McCartney's took a vacation to California over winter break in 2002! Thanks Kate!
o Lea and her friend Lizzie once wrote their addresses on pieces of paper, tied them to balloons, and let them go to see if anyone would find them and write to them, but Lea's got stuck in a tree!
o When asked what he and his family do in their spare time Jesse said, "I like to go snow skiing w/them or water skiing in the summer. We go tubing and swimming, and roller blading. We all played baseball through our town league and on the front lawn. We ride ATVs, bowl, and sing in a group at the holidays and in the summer on the back porch in New York.
