o Mr. and Mrs. McCartney had this written in Jesse's 8th grade yearbook: "Congratulations to you Jesse and all your classmates. We are 'insured' you'll move on to a successful high school experience! We love you, yeah, yeah, yeah! Mom, Dad, Lea, Timmy, & All your friends at the McCartney Agency!"
o Mrs. McCartney once joked and said that because of Timmy, she should have stopped having kids after Lea.
o The people who work for Radio Disney say the entire McCartney family is very nice.

BIG BROTHER
o When asked what his biggest "splurge" is, Jesse said, "My most expensive possession is definitely my little brother. He's a good luck charm. I love him."
o Jesse included a thank you to his parents, Lea, and Tim in the credits of his Up Close DVD!
o In Jesse's 'thank-yous' from Dream Street debut album he said, "To my whole family, including my sister Lea, my brother Timmy and my touring grandparents - you've all been great. I love you guys."
o Jesse is said to have looked a lot like Timmy does now.

o When Jesse was asked, "Who would you like to bring along on the tour bus?", he replied, "My little brother, Timmy. He's so much fun."
o Once a fan asked Timmy if Jesse hit him sometimes, and he nodded his head yea. Mrs. McCartney saw and said, "Does Jesse hit you?!" Thanks Brandi!
o When a fan asked Jesse, "Hey when I was a signing of your I saw Timmy and Lea and they are both so adorable! they look just like you! I was wondering if you get a long with them? Or do you guys get in fights a lot?" He answered, "We're like every other bunch of brothers and sisters. We have our moments but for the most part we get along. Haha."
o When Timmy was asked, "What's the best part of having a brother who's a star?", he replied, "We get good food before the concerts!"
o When asked, "I know you must miss your family when you are on the road. So how do you deal with it?", Jesse replied, "I call them a lot."

A PERFORMER
o Timmy was again on stage at the Irvington Town Hall Theater with his dad in the theater's production of "Guys & Dolls" in November 2005!
o In early winter 2005, Lea, Tim, and Ginger all appeared in a Walmart holiday commercial with Jesse! The commercial was for Walmart's "Home for the Holidays" campaign and featured different celebrities in their real life homes!
o Jesse said if anyone can make him laugh, it's definitely Timmy!
o After the show, Niki went up to Timmy with her friend. She tapped him on the shoulder and he said, "One sec, I gotta get my dad." He came back a few minutes later and she asked him to sign her program. He rolled his eyes but smiled and said, "Oooook." And older man laughed at Timmy and said, "signing autographs?" Timmy said, "I'm used to it." She took a picture with him and then asked if he was going to be famous someday. He just shrugged and said, "I dunno." Thanks again Niki!
o Timmy's biography in the play's program is as follows, ""Timothy McCartney (Young Emsemble) - Tim is making his debut in ITHT Foundation's Production of ANYTHING GOES. He is very excited about the theater and hopes to give you a warm smile and a soft shoe. Timmy has been known on many occasions to throw out a good joke or two. He sends his good wishes to all of you who came to see the show. His message: Tell Robin Williams to brush up on his jokes and my brother Jesse to find me a dressing room next to his." o Timmy once asked a girl backstage why she kept grabbing her butt all the time. LMAO! Thanks Bradley!
o Once someone asked Timmy if he was Jesse McCartney's little brother and he asked, "Who?", she said, "Jesse," and then he told her, "Nope, I've never heard of that name!"
o When asked if Timmy wanted to be in the entertainment business Jesse replied, "Timmy seems to be leaning in that direction. Just like me, he's starting in community theater."

RANDOM
o Once a fan was talking to Timmy and she said she was going to take him home with her, so Timmy nodded his head and told her to give him her address and that he'd be at her door after he got his Scooby. But once Timmy said he was going home with someone later, Mrs. McCartney told him no way, and he thought he'd seriously be going with her so he started crying when he knew he couldn't.
o When asked what he and his family do in their spare time Jesse said, "I like to go snow skiing w/them or water skiing in the summer. We go tubing and swimming, and roller blading. We all played baseball through our town league and on the front lawn. We ride ATVs, bowl, and sing in a group at the holidays and in the summer on the back porch in New York.
