Banana Boats
____________
4 Ripe Bananas
Marshmallows (mini or Lrg. cut up)
1 Hershey's chocolate bar (or less $$ substitute)
Aluminum Foil (Heavy Duty)
Score peel on one side, leaving it attched to one end. Pull back peel revealing fruit. Cut a 'V' from end to end, that allows the fruit to come out as one piece. Place busted and broken chocolate and marshmallows in hole. Replace fruit covering chocolate and narshmallows. Return peel to original position, wrap in foil. Place on hot coals or bbq. Turn several times and monitor constantly. Allow to cool some before opening. Foil will cool before contents! May need to be eaten with a spork.
