It will be a family BBQ and campout!

2009 Edelweiss Spring Camporee in Berlin!
On the weekend of May 8-10, 2009, Berlin hosted the Edelweiss 2009 Spring Camporee. While a Camporee is normally a Boy Scout event, the District agreed to allow Cub Scout Packs to attend the Camporee!
An on-site program included the Map & Compass, Wildlife Conservation and Golf belt loops. The off-site program includes a children's tour in English at the Allied Museum.
On Sunday, May 10th, Col. Gail S. Halverson, also known as Berlin's beloved Chocolate Pilot, visited us a the Camporee. He was in Berlin to participate in the 60th anniversary celebrations. It was quite an honor!
The Berlin Scouting community will be getting together at the Allied Museum to assemble the parachutes which were dropped by Col. Halvorsen, The Chocolate Pilot, at Tempelhof during the Open House on May 12th.
US Airlift veterans visit to the JF Kennedy School on May 11th. Members of Pack 152 were part of the Honor Guard.
