Sindy was a hit ! So in 1964 she was given two new outfits, and two new seperates to add to her wardrobe of fabulous clothes. All these new additions had high play value written all all them.

Sindy is bridesmaid to one of her friends, and what a wonderful outfit her friend has chosen for Sindy. A lemon satin strapless dress is overlaid with white organza, with a hint of a shimmer. Over this Sindy wears a bolero jacket with elbow length bell sleeves, white satin ribbon trim,and bow tie white satin ribbon flowing down the back of the dress. Under her dress Sindy wears a pale lemon net slip made in two layers, to help puff out her skirt. Sindy carries a posy of flowes and wears an Alice band of flowers in her hair (neither of these are the originals but are a close match) . Sindy wears white kitten heeled shoes, and the bridegroom has given Sindy a very special wedding 'Thank you' gift of a 'gold' and pearl necklace. Another stunning outfit for Sindy.

Now you could take Sindy on your summer holiday with you and play on the beach, as Sindy had been given this bright and cheerful, yet oh so fashionable summer outfit. Sindy wore bright orange and white ginham checked 'Jamiaca' shorts and a matching midi-top edged in orange braiding. A thick cotton terry sleevless robe kept the chill off Sindy as she walked back to the hotel after a long days relaxing on the beach.Tied round the waist with a white cotton chord rope style 'belt'. Sindy had a matching beach bag, with drawstring tie, which held her mustard diasy one strap sandals, sun tan oil and fashionable 'cats eye' sunglasses with black frames and green lenses.

A really versatile and fun seperate which you could use with Sindys jeans or skirts for a casual yet smart look, this lovely crisp cotton blouse was made in several patterns and colourways, so Sindy could have a great choice to go with just about any outfit. The blouse did up at the back with hree white or brass poppers, it had a smart mandarin style collar and elasticated cuffs which Sindy could push up in warm weather.

Carrying on the 'seaside' theme, Sindy could also take on holiday with her, her new swimsuit,in figure flattering stretch nylon jersey, in a beautiful shade of Royal blue, to 'match her eyes', and trimmed with white braiding, to 'set off her tan'. With this she wore white two strap sandals with a dainty little kitten heel. What fun you could have down at the swimming baths with Sindy as your companion.
