Innovate is a weekend for Senior Section members which is also an opportunity to share their views on the topics that affect Girlguiding UK. Innovate is held regularly.
By holding a Senior Section camp or holiday permit you can take away up to eight Guides or Senior Section members.
Guiding is a worldwide organisation and there are many opportunities to experience Guiding in other countries and cultures. You can go on an INTOPS weekend, go to a Jamboree or Moot, gain the additional Module 10 of the Senior Section Permit or take a group away yourself.
Camps can either be led by a girl if she has gained her Senior Section permit or they can be run by a Leader. similar to Indoor holidays but they are just outside.
Indoor Holiday
Indoor Holidays are Leader Led usually lasting the duration of a weekend however they can last longer. Activities are put on for the girls who attend the weekend and lots of fun is had.
