Im sure you're all well aware by now that the wolf pack has officially been announced. The picture is on the homepage and will be put into the New Moon movie section of the site (once that's created)...*drool* i mean... uhm.. what was i saying?? oh yeah New Moon!

ET has had a couple of extremely interesting interviews with Rob, Kristen and Taylor in which some of our most important questions are answered. One segment is about 20 minutes long. It's worth checking out!

Vulturi has been officially announced also!! I think I'm gonna have to collect pictures like i did for twilight... hmm... More jobs... I'll try get that done as soon as possible.

As for Eclipse, Directer David Slade has been selected to work on the film. One of his films includes 30 Days of Night.

Anywayy.. I better start updating this site huh.. Keep tuning in!

Trying my best to keep this site updated as much as possible but as it is my final year at school, most of my focus is going towards that.
However i do have some very interesting points to raise...

According to twilight lexicon, Chris Weitz will not be directing Eclipse for the simple reason that filming begins while New Moon is in post-production.

Personally, this worries me a little. Having three different directors for the first three movies seems like it might change the style a bit too much but i guess we'll have to wait and see.

Which leads to my next piece of information, Summitt has released that Eclipse will hopefully premier on June 30th 2010!

However, there is some question as to whether New Moon will start production on time. Apparently there may be a general screen-writers strike if certain requirements are not met. We all remember what happened last time don't we? Many TV shows were put on hold for over a month due to a screen-writers strike.

I'll leave you all to ponder this...

Movie News

• Taylor Lautner will continue playing Jacob Black in New Moon
• Dakota Fanning is in talks with Summit about playing Jane in New Moon
• Leah wont be appearing in the movie (much to our dissapointment)
• New Moon is scheduled for a November 20th release in 2009 in the US and Canada

DVD Release News

• The Twilight DVD is scheduled to be released in the US March 21st
• Unfortunately Australia has to wait yet again until April 22nd

This year is going to be a really stressful year and as a result, it will be difficult to maintain an updated site. There is no longer two people working on here so it's really difficult for me to update every day. hello everyone
It's been an interesting month or so with the hype of the movie release. I have to apologise for the lack of work being done on the site. Unfortunately i've been having to study and everything and am currently on holiday so i'm trying my best to keep everything smoothly running.
Now we have a few interesting points to discuss dont we?

The Movie
Personally... i loved it. i know it wasn't what everyone was expecting but for an on screen adaptation they did the very best they could with what they had. Catherine Hardwick did an amazing job. Which leads me to the next point...

Change in producer for New Moon
Theres actually two in this one... First that Summit have confirmed they're continuing on with the book series and second, that Catherine Hardwick will not be returning to the Twilight set. This is unfortunate but they have hired a new producer, Chris Weitz, best known for his work on The Golden Compass and the American Pie movies. He has promised to stay true to the book and one can only hope he has the same hype and devotion as Catherine Hardwicke.

Change in Cast
There has been countless speculation as to the fact of whether Taylor Lautner will be continuing his role as Jacob Black. According to MTV officials it was stated on Michael Copons facebok that he would be playing the 'older Jacob Black'. Michael Copons past screen appearances include Brint it On: In it to Win, The Scorpion King 2 and various episodes of Greek. However this hasn't been confirmed by Summit Entertainment.
Also there is a rumour circulating that Ben Barnes, famously known for his role as Prince Caspian in the recent Chronicles of Narnia film, has been selected to play the role of the Vulturi's Aro. Other points of interest are the release of the Twilight soundtrack (which i have purchased), Twilight movie companion (also purchased) and Twilight posters (do i have to say it again?) in Australia.

Due to a leak of the partial draft of Midnight Sun, Stephenie Meyer has released a formal statement on her website postponing the conclusion of the novel. She states that one cannot complete writing a book such as this in the frame of mind she is in now.

It's a difficult situation to be in and we sympathise for Stephenie Meyer as she now decides to take a break and spend quality time with family and other writing projects. However, being the generous wonderful author she is, she has decided to publish the same draft that was leaked in order for fans to read instead of being tempted to gain the publication illegally.

All us unlucky Australians still have to wait it seems. But North America is in extreme luck for the release date of Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince has been pushed back and Warner Brothers have decided to bring the release of Twilight forward..

WOW!!!!!!!!

It's definately not what I expected but a good ending none the less... I wont say anything about the story for those who haven't read it but i do have one thing to say. I didn't think it was possible for a vampire to be able to.... I wont finish that but those who've read it should know what i mean...

Two days have passed since the book release party and my head is still spinning. It was amazing and better then we ever anticipated. Thank you to everyone who came and made the night a great success.

We'd like to thank Borders for giving us the chance to organise this great event and then allowed us to get involved after head office took over. Dina and Jo especially are our hero's, they stuck with us right from the beginning. We'll never know how to thank you.

To those that wanna see some publicity on the book look out for the next city edition of the messenger, we are anticipating an article about the book release party in the next few weeks.

Now I'm asking everyone kindly to please not release any of the spoilers from Breaking Dawn on this site. The rest of us don't get the book until next monday and although we are DYING to know what happens, we don't want the story ruined for us.

Anyone who fails to comply with this will have their comment deleted and if it continues then further action may be necessary. We don't want to get sued for the release of spoilers that may have leaked on the internet.

Stephenie Meyer has released that in the upcoming Entertainment Weekly magazine, she will be releasing a special spoiler for the book because of high demand. She states that it's the only thing she's comfortable with sharing about what happens in the book.

Hey again

As many of you know, we have organised a book release celebration at Borders, Rundle Mall. Well you can imagine my shock when i walked in today and noticed that head office decided they wanted to create a formal book release party. So now we have it... The Breaking Dawn Book Release Party at Borders, Adelaide merged with the Twilight-Lovers Breakign Dawn Book Release Celebration to give you an afternoon of fun filled events.

Dress up as your favourite Twilight Character, join in a Twilight discussion, and take part in the Borders Twilight Trivia! We'll be there taking pictures and making sure everyones getting involved.
